Editorial / How to read a guide

Useful context. Clear limits.

A good code guide explains what the information is based on and when it changed. These are our publishing standards and the limits to keep in mind when reading BESTCODESX.

What our guides aim to answer

Each bonus guide should identify the operator, the exact code or referral URL, how to apply it, and which conditions need checking. Cashout guides answer a different question: how selling eligible items works and what to consider before accepting a quote.

A guide is information for comparison, not a promise that an account will qualify, a reward will be withdrawable, or an operator will be available in your location. We do not publish a numerical trust score or imply that listing a provider removes financial risk.

Sources and supplied information

Primary material

The operator’s own terms

Official promotion terms, redemption screens, help pages and payout information are the most relevant sources for an active offer. Conditions shown to your account may be narrower than a general promotional banner.

Supplied material

Codes, links and artwork

A supplied referral link identifies a destination and referral relationship. A promotional image can show an advertised offer. Neither proves that an account has received the reward or that every visitor is eligible.

Hellcase, DatDrop and Farmskins were added on 8 October 2026 using referral information supplied to BESTCODESX. The DatDrop promotion also uses supplied artwork. These additions are not described as new independent tests of the operators or their rewards.

03

Two dates, two different meanings

Content updated
When the guide’s text, structure or supporting material was meaningfully edited. Adding a clearer explanation can change this date without rechecking the offer.
Offer review recorded
The historical offer-review date carried by that guide. Existing guides retain their 27 August 2026 record until a new review is actually completed. A later layout or navigation change does not reset this date.

New guides based on supplied information show that context instead of an invented offer review. Dates are recorded per page and are not automatically refreshed when the site is built or visited. Search metadata uses the content update date.

04

What an offer check needs to cover

  1. Identity: confirm the destination domain, referral URL and code spelling.
  2. Reward: distinguish free cases, deposit credit, referral attribution and a cashout quote.
  3. Eligibility: look for new-account restrictions, location limits, age requirements and redemption timing.
  4. Conditions: identify any minimum deposit, wagering, expiry or withdrawal restrictions in the current terms.
  5. Evidence: record the relevant official source and the date; state what remains unconfirmed.

This checklist describes the standard for a review. It is not a claim that every legacy statement has newly passed each check. Unless explicitly documented on a page, do not assume we made a deposit, opened cases or tested a withdrawal.

05

Commercial relationships and corrections

BESTCODESX may earn commission from the referral links and codes it publishes. The list of featured providers is selective, and the commercial relationship is relevant context when reading any comparison. See the affiliate disclosure.

A supported correction should identify the specific claim and the current source. An edit should update the content date; the offer-review date should change only if an offer review also took place. Current contact availability is listed on the contact page.
